Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Yog Electro Process Private Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, since most of our products are customized and manufactured after order confirmation, cancellations and refunds are subject to the following terms:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order.

  • We call and confirm each order with the client. Once the client confirms and we start manufacturing, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • After 48 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Return Policy

  • Since our products are custom-made/manufactured, we do not accept returns once the order is confirmed and processed.

  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is delivered in a damaged condition.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only in cases where:

    • The order is cancelled within 48 hours of placement, OR

    • The product is received in a damaged condition (with valid proof such as photos/videos shared within 24 hours of delivery).

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after approval.

4. Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged product delivery, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.

  • The replacement request must be made within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
