Precision Sensing for Brake System Applications

The YOG K Type Simplex Temperature Transducer is specially designed for rubbing brake applications, offering fast and reliable temperature monitoring in high-friction environments. It features a brass tip measuring 9.5mm x 3.5mm thick, ideal for effective heat transfer, and a 6mm x 15mm long SS304 pipe for structural stability.

With a temperature range of 0°C to 800°C and accuracy compliant with ANSI MC96.1, this sensor ensures precise readings during demanding operations. The M12 x 1.5mm x 25mm threaded mounting, along with two check nuts and spring-loaded assembly, enables secure, vibration-resistant installation.

The sensor is terminated with crimp & spring, and connected via a 1-meter FG/FG/SS 1/24 cable, providing excellent thermal protection and mechanical flexibility.
