The YOG S-Type Simplex Thermocouple is designed for precise and stable temperature measurement in extremely high-temperature environments such as furnaces, kilns, and metal processing industries. Constructed with Pt-PtRh10% (Platinum-Rhodium) elements in 0.3 SWG, this sensor ensures high accuracy and long-term stability even under thermal cycling.

It features a 16mm x 600mm KER 710 ceramic protection tube, known for its excellent thermal shock resistance and insulation properties at high temperatures. A 135mm long SS304 holding sleeve enhances mechanical strength and ensures safe mounting.

The assembly is terminated with a rugged aluminum head with flange, making it easy to install and secure in high-heat process environments.

Ideal for applications requiring highly accurate and reliable measurements in temperatures often exceeding conventional sensor limits.
