YOG-54 Microcontroller-Based Temperature Controller – 4″ LED Display | RTD/Thermocouple Input & Relay Output

The YOG-54 temperature controller is an advanced microcontroller-based unit designed for industrial applications that demand accuracy, flexibility, and visibility. It accepts RTD (Pt100) and Thermocouple inputs (J/K/R/S) and provides 1 or 2 relay outputs (5A, 230V AC) for control or alarm functionality.

Powered by a 230V AC, 50Hz ±10% supply, the device is equipped with a large 4-digit 7-segment LED display (4″), ensuring visibility from a distance, ideal for shop floors, process plants, and machine rooms.

Supported input ranges include:

• RTD (Pt100): –50 to 600°C

• Thermocouple J: –50 to 700°C

• Thermocouple K: –50 to 1250°C

• Thermocouple R/S: 0 to 1600°C

With resolution options of 1°C or 0.1°C for RTD, and 1°C for thermocouples, the controller offers a high measurement accuracy of ±0.25% of FSD, operating reliably in ambient conditions between 0°C and 55°C.

The unit is wall-mountable, making it a practical solution for any industrial temperature control application requiring large display visibility and programmable accuracy.
