Rail Mounted Temperature Transmitter – RTD/Thermocouple Input with 4–20 mA Output

This YOG rail-mounted temperature transmitter is a robust solution for converting signals from RTD (Pt100) or Thermocouple (J/K) sensors into a standard 4–20 mA output, enabling smooth integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, and other industrial control equipment.

Designed for DIN rail installation, it operates on a nominal +24V DC supply (with an input range of +12V to +30V DC), offering flexibility and easy installation in control panels.

The transmitter supports the following measurement ranges:

• RTD (Pt100): –200 to 600°C

• Thermocouple J: 0 to 300°C and above

• Thermocouple K: 0 to 400°C and above

It delivers high accuracy: ±0.2% of FSD for RTD and ±0.75% of FSD for thermocouple inputs, making it ideal for critical temperature monitoring tasks.

With an operating temperature range of 0°C to 55°C, this transmitter is ideal for process control systems, panel wiring setups, and industrial automation requiring consistent and precise signal transmission.
